EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES |
Olympus Technical Services' emergency response teams respond to a wide variety of emergency incidents - polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) transformer releases, drum and container spills, train derailments, highway transportation incidents, pipeline releases, and warehouse fires. These situations are challenging and potentially dangerous, and require response personnel to maintain specialized skills in hazardous materials handling. Our response personnel maintain specialized skills in hazardous materials handling, including:
Olympus Technical Services has response crews on 24 hour call, and are able to mobilize rapidly, usually within one hour, from our Billings and Helena, Montana, and Boise, Idaho operations. We maintain a fleet of ready, fully-equipped emergency response vehicles, and our warehouses are stocked with a full complement of spill containment supplies.
Our emergency response teams have the full support of Olympus Technical Services' professionals and field services groups. When necessary, we mobilize heavy equipment to the scene to aid in the response. We also provide ongoing regulatory and technical assistance, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental laws.
Direct and effective command and control are critical to every type of emergency incident response. We have developed a command system model that is adaptable to each emergency situation, and can be easily integrated into the federal/state/local on-scene coordinator's command structure.
